Roving K-9 Kare offers dog training for ages 5 months and up. Owner and trainer, Andrea Hall, is a certified master dog trainer who has been training dogs since 1999. She does private lessons which are tailored to fit your dog’s needs, covering basic obedience and more advanced training. You can stop by Roving K-9 Kare to check out the selection of leashes, collars and other accessories that will help with training.Is your dog shy or fearful of other dogs or humans? We specialize in socializing dogs with behavioural issues.Give us a call to learn more about our training services or to register.

Private Lessons

You can take advantage of Andrea’s private lessons which allow her to create a training plan customized to your dog’s needs and your expectations.

Train + Play

Send your dog to for a day of play and socialization, and for an additional cost they will participate in a one-on-one training session with Andrea. This is especially effective for dogs that have the control in your life and need the extra special training and attention. All dogs must be over 3 months of age and have up to date vaccinations. Drop off is anytime before 8:30am and pick up anytime after 2pm Tuesday-Friday.

We will be running two classes starting at the end of this month which will be:

Basics for dogs 5 months and up

During this 4 week class you will learn how to communicate effectively with your dog so they can learn exactly what you are asking. The dogs will learn to Sit, stay, lay down, come and lots of other helpful things along the way. The classes will be 1 hour long so we have time for questions and practice. We are non judgmental and welcome everyone in the family over the age of 8 years to participate.

PUPPY LIFE SKILLS CLASS

For puppies ages 3-5 months with at least 1 set of vaccinations

This class will help you get your puppy on the right track towards the future. You will learn how to communicate effectively with them. We will teach some important basic things, including no biting, walking on a leash, sit, leave it, off and how to play interactively with people. In this course the puppies will learn how to accept being handled by other people. The classes will be 1 hour, and will include some time for socializing. We are non judgmental and welcome everyone in the family over the age of 8 years to participate.
